Pay Range:
$41.10 - $61.65Major Responsibilities:
- Creates reports, dashboards, and other self-service solutions that clearly present data to stakeholders; maintains developed solutionsÂ
- Develops datasets and datamarts for analyses and interactive solutions; implements documentation, design, and development best practices and methodologies in partnership with senior teammates and leadersÂ
- Analyzes datasets to identify trends and outcomes of healthcare programs and interventions; works with senior teammates and leaders to communicate findings and methodologies to stakeholders
- Actively contributes to multiple projects while balancing competing prioritiesÂ
- Demonstrates deep understanding of data stewardship guidelines, regulations, and department standards for reporting and handling sensitive dataÂ
Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification Required:
- ​​Epic Cogito Fundamentals accreditation or certification, obtained within 180 daysÂ
- Epic Caboodle Data Model accreditation or certification, obtained within 180 daysÂ
- Epic Clarity Data Model accreditation or certification, obtained within 180 daysÂ
Education Required:
- ​​Bachelor’s degree in economics, statistics, data science, finance, business analytics, health informatics, or related field. Master’s degree preferredÂ
Experience Required:
- Typically requires 2 to 4 years of experience in business analytics, healthcare informatics, or related field.Â
