We're looking for an inspiring and collaborativeDistrict Manager to lead our Queensland Food & Beverage team. This is an exciting opportunity to coach and develop a team of Account Managers, build strong customer partnerships and drive sustainable growth across the region.

What You'll Do:

• Lead, coach and support a team of Account Managers across Queensland

• Foster an inclusive, high-performing and customer-focused team culture

• Build trusted partnerships with customers in food and beverage manufacturing

• Support customers with water, hygiene and operational improvement solutions

• Collaborate with technical and cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional outcomes

• Develop and execute strategic plans that drive customer success and business growth

About You and What You'll bring:

• Experience leading, coaching or developing sales or customer-facing teams

• A passion for helping people grow and succeed

• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills

• The ability to influence, collaborate and build trust at all levels

• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, technical or related environments

• Food & Beverage industry experience is advantageous but not essential
