Develop and implement business approaches and strategies related to allcontract requirements.Â
Ensure business rules and practices are followed for all major processesin order to ensure standardization,consistency and complianceÂ
Recruit, manage, andretain a team of high-quality staffÂ
Proactively develop strong relationships with the clientand stakeholders to ensure client expectations are met or exceededÂ
Provide monthly progress reports and other updates to client leadershipregardingcontract activities, staffing levels, issues,andrisks; andparticipate in mid- and executive levelproject management meetings.Â
Provide consultation to colleagues to solve business issues.Â
Manage delivery of services, tracking progress and performance of staff and teamsÂ
Develop and oversee staff training and capacity-building effortsÂ
Review the performance of staff and provide coaching, including soft skills and technicaltraining,toassist employees in improving their performanceÂ
Ensure compliance withstate andfederal regulations and contract requirementsinday-to-day operations.Â
Ensure all program performance metrics are met.Â
Manage and track project budget and invoicing.Â
Identify trends in compliance issues and business practices.Â
Ensure maintenance of standard operating procedures.Â
Effectively prepare materials and respond to inquiries from representatives of federal oversight agenciesÂ
Required Skills
Excellent leadership, management, and written and verbal communication skills.Â
Knowledge of business and management principles involved inproject management,strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, andcoordination of people and resources.Â
Ability to engage and develop relationshipsacross multiple organizations.Â
Ability to work across all levels of management and staff.
Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlinesÂ
Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with federal, state and county agencies as well as thegeneral public.Â
Ability to work independently, requiring minimal supervision,and on multipleinitiatives simultaneously.Â
Proficient with Microsoft Office.Â
QualificationsÂ
EducationÂ
Bachelor’s degree or higher,preferablyin a related field.Â
ExperienceÂ
5+ years relevant work experience.Proventrack record of successfully managing teams of direct report employees. Experience with review and interpretation of federal and state laws, regulations, and statutes.Â

Compensation:
Compensation for roles at Public Consulting Group varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, PCG provides a reasonable range of compensation for this role. In addition, PCG provides a range of benefits for this role, including medical and dental care benefits, 401k, PTO, parental leave, bereavement leave.
$72,000 -Â $99,100
