Role Overview

Our client is seeking aBusiness Analyst to help teams translate business needs into clear requirements and practical solutions. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, product owners, and technical teams to understand current processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and support solutions throughout the delivery lifecycle.

This is amid-level Business Analyst position for someone who is comfortable gathering and organizing requirements, documenting business processes, facilitating conversations across different teams, and following initiatives through implementation and validation.

Experience working with data, reports, or business metrics is valuable, but deep technical or data engineering expertise is not required.

• Location: Fully remote position within LATAM.
• Language Requirement: Advanced English - C1.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with business stakeholders to understand goals, challenges, processes, and requirements.
• Gather, analyze, and translate business needs into clear and actionable requirements.
• Document business requirements, workflows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze current processes and identify practical opportunities for improvement.
• Work closely with project managers, product owners, and technical teams to clarify requirements and resolve questions throughout delivery.
• Help prioritize requests and maintain visibility into decisions, dependencies, risks, and open issues.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test scenarios, coordinating feedback, and validating that delivered solutions meet business requirements.
• Facilitate communication between business and technical stakeholders.
• Communicate project updates, findings, requirements, and recommendations clearly to different audiences.
• Support multiple initiatives and priorities while maintaining accurate and organized documentation.

What You’ll Bring

• At least3 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Hands-on experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
• Experience documenting business processes, workflows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Strong ability to engage stakeholders, ask effective questions, and translate business needs into actionable requirements.
• Experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams.
• Experience supporting projects through implementation and User Acceptance Testing.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow issues through to resolution.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and common collaboration tools.
• Advanced English communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with an international team.

What Will Make You Stand Out

• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Visio, or similar requirements and process documentation tools.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery environments.
• Experience reviewing reports, KPIs, or business data to support analysis and decision-making.
• Familiarity with SQL, BI tools, or data-related initiatives.
• Experience working in supply chain, distribution, merchandising, or other large enterprise environments.
• Experience identifying and recommending business process improvements.
