• Schedule:We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers promptly upon arrival.
• Assist guests with routine maintenance and express service needs.
• Explain recommended maintenance and service options.
• Create repair orders.
• Communicate with customers regarding vehicle status and estimated completion times.
• Coordinate with technicians to guarantee a smooth service experience.
• Review completed work with customers and ensure satisfaction before vehicle delivery.
• Support service lane operations and contribute to a positive team environment.

What You'll Bring

• 1 year of previous customer service experience.
• Prior automotive dealership experience is desired.
• Familiarity using CDK Drive or similar dealership management software.
• Provide a respectful experience for customers and communicate information clearly with customers and teammates.
• Accurate data entry skills.
• Handle a variety of responsibilities while maintaining organization and productivity throughout the day.
• Represent the dealership in a customer-focused manner while providing high-quality service.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Total Rewards

The Hourly Pay Range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
