Export/Import Compliance Analyst (Remote) Eastern Time hours

We are seeking an Export/Import Compliance Specialist for our client to support export/import authorizations, compliance reviews, and investigation records management.

• Prepare, submit, and administer required export/import authorizations.
• Coordinate exports and imports in accordance with company policies and U.S. government regulations.
• Support the Global Trade team by reviewing documents for compliance with export and import requirements.
• Maintain investigation files, records, and tracking tools for matters involving noncompliance, disclosures, and ad hoc compliance requests.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Global Trade Director.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience with export trade licensing and compliance or import activities.
• Knowledge of the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), Export Administration Regulations (EAR), and/or U.S. import or customs regulations.
• Experience managing legal tasks, files, deadlines, and records.
• Experience creating and maintaining effective tracking tools.
• Project management experience involving legal matters, audits, assessments, and investigations.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.
• Ability to work collaboratively, take initiative, and manage shifting priorities.
• Ability to exercise discretion and sound judgment.

Pay Range: $48.00 - $53.00 per hour (Depending on experience and qualifications)
