About Us

Yokozuna is an Asian restaurant and sushi bar located in Downtown Tulsa, South Tulsa, and now Bentonville. From sushi to Asian fusion dishes and a vibrant entree menu, Yoko offers something for everyone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate orders
• Quality Control - check each plate for accuracy, portions, garnish, and presentation before it leaves the kitchen.
• Timing Management - ensure that all items for a table are ready at the same time for smooth service.
• Maintain Flow - keep the pass area organized and clean and ensure hot food stays hot and cold food stays cold.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in an Expo or similar role in a fast-paced restaurant environment is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for perfection in food presentation.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
• A positive, team-oriented attitude.
