The Decision Support Analyst partners with clients and internal teams to transform complex marketing, media, campaign, and customer data into actionable insights, reporting solutions, and business recommendations. This highly client-facing role combines analytics, campaign support, reporting, business intelligence, and consultative problem-solving to drive informed decision-making and client success.
The analyst develops and maintains reporting solutions, validates and analyzes marketing data, monitors campaign and operational performance, and provides recommendations that improve efficiency, data quality, and business outcomes. This role also serves as a trusted advisor to clients, supporting campaign management processes, troubleshooting data issues, conducting research, and ensuring delivery of accurate, high-quality solutions.
Key areas of focus include data analysis, reporting and business intelligence, campaign measurement, client partnership, application administration, process improvement, and operational support across platforms such as Adobe, iHub, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and BigQuery.

Client Partnership & Consulting

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients regarding reporting, analytics, campaign management, and business intelligence solutions.
  • Translate client business objectives into reporting, measurement, and analytical solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication, consultation, and issue resolution.
  • Present findings, recommendations, and insights to both client and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining high levels of quality and accuracy.

Data Analytics & Reporting

  • Analyze large volumes of marketing, campaign, media, and customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and business insights.
  • Develop, maintain, validate, and enhance recurring, ad hoc, operational, and executive-level reports.
  • Investigate data anomalies, perform root-cause analysis, and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
  • Measure campaign effectiveness, operational performance, data integrity, customer satisfaction, and cost efficiency.
  • Convert complex analytical findings into clear, actionable business recommendations.

Campaign & Operational Support

  • Support the execution, monitoring, and analysis of marketing campaigns and associated reporting deliverables.
  • Validate campaign outputs and client deliverables to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs).
  • Participate in post-production audits and quality assurance reviews.
  • Provide Tier 2 support for complex production, reporting, application, and data-related issues.
  • Support change management activities involving system, tool, process, and reporting enhancements.

Data Management & Technology

  • Work within Adobe platforms, iHub, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), BigQuery, and other enterprise data environments to investigate data and validate reporting results.
  • Ensure data is accurately segmented, cleansed, formatted, and ready for campaign execution and analysis.
  • Perform data profiling, reconciliation, validation, and quality assurance activities.
  • Support application administration tasks and document system and process changes as required.
  • Identify opportunities to improve data workflows, automation, reporting processes, and operational efficiency.

Process Improvement & Leadership

  • Drive process improvements, best practices, and standardization across reporting and analytics functions.
  • Document methodologies, reporting processes, data definitions, and operational procedures.
  • Mentor junior and senior analysts by providing guidance, knowledge sharing, and technical support.
  • Help remove operational barriers and improve team effectiveness.
  • Recognize opportunities for innovation and recommend enhancements to tools, processes, and client solutions.

Required Qualifications

  • Typically 8+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Advanced experience in marketing analytics, reporting, business intelligence, decision support, or a related data-focused field.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze, reconcile, profile, and interpret large datasets.
  • Experience translating analytical findings into business recommendations and client-facing presentations.
  • Hands-on experience working with cloud-based data platforms and large-scale data environments.
  • Proven experience building and supporting recurring and ad hoc reporting solutions.
  • Strong client-facing communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on data quality, validation, documentation, and audit readiness.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting digital marketing, paid media, audience analytics, campaign measurement, attribution, customer intelligence, or marketing operations.
