As anExperienced Tax Preparer, you'll conduct personalized client interviews, prepare accurate federal and state tax returns using our proprietary tax preparation software, identify applicable deductions and credits, and provide exceptional customer service while building lasting client relationships.

What We're Looking For
- Tax Preparation Experience: At least one season of professional tax preparation experience required; two or more seasons preferred.
- Tax Knowledge: Familiarity with federal and state individual income tax returns, tax deductions, credits, and filing requirements.
- Customer Service: A commitment to delivering outstanding service and building strong client relationships.
- Communication Skills: Ability to explain tax information clearly and professionally.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality.
- Technology Skills: Comfortable using computers, tax preparation software, and digital tools.
- Teamwork: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- PTIN: A valid IRS Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) is required. We can provide guidance through the application or renewal process.
