We’re seeking an Experienced Loan Officer who is passionate about helping clients secure the right financing while delivering an exceptional, compliant, end-to-end lending experience.## Role OverviewAs an Experienced Loan Officer, you will be instrumental in helping clients secure financing that suits their individual needs. You’ll guide borrowers through the full loan lifecycle—evaluating financial information, recommending tailored loan solutions, and ensuring every file meets regulatory and investor guidelines. This role blends consultative sales, client service, and strategic problem-solving, supported by strong internal resources to help you close efficiently.## What We Offer* Leads to support consistent pipeline development* Full backing from an in-house manager and in-house processing team to provide end-to-end support throughout the loan process## Key Responsibilities* Assess loan applications by reviewing credit reports, income/asset documentation, and client goals* Recommend appropriate loan products based on eligibility, risk profile, and financial situation* Guide clients through the entire loan process, ensuring a smooth, transparent, and informed experience* Collect, verify, and validate documentation while ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and internal policies* Collaborate closely with processors, underwriters, and support teams to drive timely approvals and clear conditions efficiently* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of lending guidelines, market conditions, and regulatory requirements* Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals* Meet and exceed individual and team production and sales goals## Required Qualifications* 2–3+ years of experience as a Loan Officer or in a similar financial services lending role* Active NMLS Loan Officer license* Strong understanding of loan products, underwriting fundamentals, and industry compliance requirements* Excellent interpersonal, consultative, and communication skills* Ability to analyze financial data and determine creditworthiness and product fit* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and loan origination/processing software* Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple files and priorities in a deadline-driven environment## Skills That Help You Succeed* Loan origination and pipeline management* Client consultation and needs-based selling* Documentation review and file quality control* Cross-functional collaboration with processing and underwriting* Regulatory awareness and compliance-first mindset## LocationIrvine, CA (International)
