About the Role
We are aprofessional, premium home-repair company serving homeowners who valuequality, reliability, and trust. Our work ispre-sold, clearly scoped, and managed — not rushed, not negotiated in the field.
We are hiring aW-2 Technician to join our core production team. This role is ideal for someone who wantssteady work, strong pay, and a professional environment — without sales pressure or 1099 uncertainty.

  • No estimates to write
  • No upselling or closing
  • No “while I’m here” pressure
  • You are responsible for notifying the office and foreman about change orders
What You’ll Be Doing
  • PerformingStandard Work (defined, single-scope repairs and installs)
  • ExecutingManaged Work (multi-day or multi-trade projects with planning support)
  • Working fromclear scopes and schedules
  • Communicating with the foreman to keep jobs on track
  • Representing a trusted brand in customers’ homes

Pay, Hours & Vehicle Compensation
  • 32–35 hour guaranteed weekly floor (conditional on availability & performance)
  • Paid for:
    • On-site work
    • Job-to-job travel during the workday
    • Required meetings and training
  • Mileage reimbursement at the IRS rate for:
    • Job-to-job travel
    • Job-related supply runs
       (Commute to first job and home from last job are not reimbursed)
  • Opportunity forperformance bonuses tied to productivity and quality (not sales)
  • Consistent weekday schedule (Monday–Friday)

What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of residential repair or remodeling experience
  • Strong skills in:
    • Carpentry
    • Drywall
    • Light plumbing
    • Light electrical
    • General repairs
  • Ability to work independently within a defined process
  • Professional communication and clean jobsite habits
  • Pride in workmanship and customer experience
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle
  • Own basic hand tools (specialty tools provided as needed)
