• Deliver exceptional resident experiences by executing portfolio strategies, driving digitization & process automation
• Leverage tools:SnagReport, Master Plan, Mollak, GRIDS to streamline operations, boost energy efficiency & cut costs
• Champion innovation — smart buildings, sustainable practices, and continuous improvement
• Ensure full compliance withRERA & Dubai Law No. 6 of 2019
• Manage service providers, Owners Committees, budgets, procurement & tendering
• Train site teams, refine processes, and turn challenges into seamless solutions

• Strong communicator, problem-solver, and self-starter
