Executive - Talent Acquisition

Recruitment:

• Ensure collaboration with Senior HRs/Managers to understand skills and competencies required for all openings and facilitate the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions.

• Source and screen CVs, organize interviews, and ensure proper documentation of the recruitment process.

• Proficient use of popular recruitment portals for candidate sourcing.

• Experience in optimizing job postings for increased visibility.

• Track candidate interactions efficiently within portal interfaces.

Onboarding:

• Facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new employees.

• Ensure a smooth transition for new hires into the organization.

Exit Formalities:

• Manage and conduct exit interviews for departing employees.

• Ensure all necessary exit documentation is completed and filed appropriately.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth transition during the employee's exit.

Document Management:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

• Assist in documentation processes related to HR activities.

• Maintain a detailed tracking record for each candidate.

Time & Talent Management:

• Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues.

• Implement time management strategies to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency.

• Collaborate with team members to streamline processes, reduce turnaround times, and meet deadlines effectively.

HRMS Software:

• Utilize HRMS software for efficient HR operations, including data management, reporting, and analytics.

• Provide training and support to team members on the use of HRMS software for improved workflow and information accuracy.

General HR & Admin Support:

• Provide support in HR-related tasks and projects.

• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities.

• Assist in Event organization and administration activities.
