Job Description

• Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely replenishment of materials.• Material Handling: Supervise receipt, storage, and issuance of goods as per company procedures.• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure proper documentation for inward/outward materials and adherence to safety and quality standards.• Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly stock reports and highlight discrepancies or shortages to management.• Coordination: Liaise with procurement and production teams for material planning and timely supply. • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.• 3–5 years of experience in store/inventory management.• Knowledge of ERP systems and MS Excel for stock tracking.• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.• Ability to work under deadlines and maintain accuracy.
