Position Summary:
The Operation Executive responsible for Running Punching / Printing machines/ Stitching machines , thus ensuring overall Production / Productivity.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-dayproduction and shop-floor operations.
Ensure efficient operation andmaximum uptime of production machines.
Plan production schedules in coordination with the Sales team.
Ensure timelypreventive and routine machine maintenance.
Manageraw materials, inventory, WIP, and stock requirements.
Allocate manpower and supervise operators for optimal productivity.
Ensureproduct quality, inspection, and process compliance.
Maintain high standards ofpeople and machine safety.
Ensure compliance withISO, OHSAS, 5S, EMS, and housekeeping standards.
Supportproduct/production costing and cost-control activities.
Experience withwood, corrugated packaging, pallets, cartons, or related processing machinery is preferred.
Exposure toprinting, punching, stitching, corrugation, or similar manufacturing equipment would be an advantage.
Candidate Profile:
Qualification & Certification (if applicable
Diploma Graduate (Preferably Mech, IP, Auto, Electronics).
Good academic records, 60 % & above all academics
Experience
At least 5+ years of relevant experience
Communication & Language Proficiency
Strong verbal communication skills
Simple, clear and customer-centric communication
Having good idea about Wood and corrugation processing machines.
Core Competencies/Skill/Any other attribute relevant to the role
Extreme dedication to the “safety first” philosophy of the organization
Scheduling right work for right operator to ensure operational efficiency
Excellent knowledge in machine maintenance
Good learning agility and proactive approach
