The SLBG Fellowship uses a performance-based compensation model that recognizes meaningful contribution, milestone achievement, and successful program completion.

Successful Fellows may earnperformance-based bonus compensation of up to $10,000 during the Fellowship, depending on achievement of program milestones, organizational impact, and overall performance.

In addition to bonus opportunities, Fellows receive executive mentorship, AI-enhanced leadership development, portfolio-building experience, and priority consideration for future leadership opportunities throughout the JPGE ecosystem.
