NAB has established NAB Innovation Centre India as a centre for operations and technology excellence to support NAB deliver faster, better, and more personalized experience to customers and colleagues.

•Ratify and maintain target-state architecture and roadmaps across the four estates.

•Own the integration simplification and enterprise data fabric strategy, with delivery executed by platform engineering teams.

•Build, operate and drive adoption of the digital twin of architecture and architecture agents.

•Define architecture policy-as-code; partner with engineering teams to embed conformance in their pipelines.

•Improve the speed, consistency and quality of architecture decisions through progressive automation of routine design assurance.

•Shape the technology investment slate to realise architectural cost efficiencies and eliminate duplication.

•Deliver architecture evidence for regulatory obligations (CPS 230 / 234, BCBS 239) from live estate data.

•Provide a single trusted view of drift, conformance and simplification to executive and risk forums.

•Set the guardrails for safe AI adoption across platforms, SDLC tooling and business use cases.
