Job Summary
The Executive Business Partner serves as a trusted support partner to the Executive Leadership Team, providing proactive support that enables leaders to operate at maximum effectiveness. This role is responsible for executive support, Board coordination, leadership meeting preparation, follow-through on key priorities, and support of strategic business initiatives.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, resourceful, responsive, and solutions oriented. They anticipate needs, take ownership of challenges, and consistently drive work through completion.
In addition to supporting executives, this role coordinates employee engagement activities, company events, onboarding efforts, and workplace support that contribute toa positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
Executive Leadership Support
- Provide proactive support to the Executive Leadership Team.
- Manage complex calendars, executive scheduling, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare agendas, briefing materials, presentations, and meeting logistics.
- Track action items, commitments, and follow-up activities to ensure timely completion.
- Draft executive correspondence, reports, presentations, and communications.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.
Ā Board & Leadership Meeting Support
- Coordinate Board meetings, executive visits, leadership meetings, and strategic planning sessions.
- Ensure leaders are prepared for key meetings, reviews, and strategic discussions.
- Coordinate meeting logistics, materials, and follow-up actions.

Employee Experience & Workplace SupportĀ
- Support employee engagement initiatives, recognition activities, onboarding efforts, and company events.
- Coordinate leadership offsites, celebrations, and employee-focused gatherings.
- Help ensure headquarters remain welcoming, organized, and prepared to support employees and visitors.
- Coordinate office supplies, workplace services, vendors, and meeting support within the approved budget.
Strategic Projects & Organizational Support
- Support strategic initiatives and special projects on behalf of executive leadership.
- Provide planning, coordination, communication, and logistical support for key business priorities.
- Assist departments across the organization when additional coordination or project support is needed.
- Identify opportunities to improve organization, efficiency, and business execution.

- KPI 1: Executive Support & Readiness
- 95% of executive meetings, travel arrangements, and leadership engagements are executed without preventable scheduling or logistical issues.
- KPI 2: Office Operations & Workplace Support
- Office operations, workplace services, meeting spaces, and visitor support aremaintained at a professional standard with minimal business disruption.
- KPI 3: Strategic Projects & Employee Experience
- 90% of assigned projects, company events, and employee engagement initiatives are completed on time and in budget and meet stakeholder expectations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 7+ years supporting senior executives, C-suite leaders, founders, or executive leadership teams.
- Experience supporting Board of Directors activities and executive-level meetings.
- Strong experience managing complex calendars, travel, executivelogistics, and competing priorities.
- Experience creating executive presentations, reports, and professional business communications.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Proven ability to work independently, solve problems, exercise sound judgment, and manage confidential information.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and collaboration platforms.
- Willingness/Ability to travel up to10% of the time for Board meetings, executive offsites, company events, and other business activities as needed.
