Reporting to the General Manager, the Executive Assistant Manager is a key member of the Executive Committee and provides leadership across theday-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring our people, our performance and every guest experience reflect the distinctive luxury promise of Sofitel.

Leading our Rooms and Food & Beverage operations, you will combine aluxury mindset with strong commercial acumen, translating our brand promise into exceptional experiences and sustainable business performance. With a particular focus onFood & Beverage performance, guest experience and service culture, you will ensure every touchpoint reflects Sofitel's distinctive blend of French zest, refined luxury and heartfelt hospitality.

What you will bring to the role:

• Proven senior operational leadership experience within aluxury or premium hotel environment, with the confidence and presence to lead the day-to-day hotel operation.
• Extensive Food & Beverage leadership experience, including oversight of multiple outlets and a demonstrated ability to elevate concepts, service, quality, profitability and overall F&B performance.
• A genuineluxury mindset and passion for creating memorable guest experiences through personalisation, attention to detail and heartfelt service.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, with demonstrated experience driving revenue, profitability, productivity and operational KPIs while maintaining exceptional brand and service standards.
• A visible, engaging and hands-on leadership style, with the ability toinspire, empower and develop leaders and Heartists®, creating clear accountability while enabling people to perform at their best.
• The ability to buildtrusted and meaningful relationships across teams and stakeholders, communicating with transparency and creating genuine collaboration across the hotel.
• A progressive and curious mindset, with the confidence to challenge established ways of working, embrace new ideas and identify opportunities to improve bothguest experience and business performance.
• A strong commitment tooperational excellence, safety, compliance and continuous improvement, ensuring the fundamentals of the operation are delivered without compromise.
