Job Description:
The DTC Data & Marketing Group sits at the intersection of consumer experience, technology, and entertainment strategy. Our team drives subscriber growth, fan engagement, and lifetime value across our portfolio of direct-to-consumer platforms. Bringing together data analytics, performance marketing, CRM strategies, and specialized consumer marketing for sports, we execute high-impact campaigns around major live sporting events, marquee broadcasts, and digital content to connect millions of fans to the moments and media they love.
Role Details:
We are seeking a top-notch Executive Assistant to partner directly with two dynamic senior leaders: the SVP of Media Acquisition & Customer Strategy (MACS) and the SVP of Sports Marketing. The ideal candidate is a high-performing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, serving as a vital liaison and administrative force across both business units.
This role requires a true right-hand partner who can seamlessly balance competing priorities, manage multi-team communication, and juggle complex initiatives with extreme attention to detail. High energy, adaptability, poise, and confidence are essential for interfacing with internal leadership, external sports partners, and cross-functional media leads. A successful candidate will be resourceful, dynamic, and forward-thinking, with the political acumen needed to keep two critical DTC functions running in sync.
Your Day-to-Day:
- Dual Executive Support: Manage complex calendars, schedules, travel arrangements, and expense reporting for senior leaders in both MACS and Sports Marketing.
- Cross-Functional Coordination:Act as a central hub for meeting logistics, communications, and data exchange between MACS, Sports Marketing leads, agency partners, and network relationships.
- Campaign & Event Logistics: Assist with administrative planning and scheduling centered around key marketing campaign launches, media planning cycles, and high-visibility live sporting events.
- Organizational Navigation:Leverage a deep understanding of the DTC Data & Marketing Group’s structure to seamlessly guide interactions between leadership, cross-functional leads, and the broader Streaming division.
- High-Level Meeting Management: Coordinate meetings across various Streaming offices—including agenda creation, space booking, tech setups, visitor passes, and catering logistics
- Diplomacy & Confidentiality: Exercise high-level discretion while handling confidential business documents, strategic planning decks, and sensitive media performance metrics.
- Research & Special Projects:Conduct market or organizational research on specialized topics as needed to support MACS and Sports initiatives.
- Internal Network Building:Build strong collaborative relationships with internal EAs, Facilities, HR, and Operations teams to streamline day-to-day administrative needs.
Qualifications:
What you bring to the team:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent training and experience
- 3–5+ years of administrative experience supporting Vice Presidents or higher, ideally within media, streaming, sports, or digital technology.
- Must have demonstrated sound judgment, diplomacy skills, and the ability to take initiative
- Must have demonstrated high-level discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Technically savvy professional with some media or technology background. Strong skills in G Suite and other specialized computer programs.
- Expert level communication skills, both written, verbal and on the telephone.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise a degree of discretion and be comfortable dealing with a large range of internal and external high-level managers, executives, organizations and confidential data.
- Proven experience in working in a fast paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient.
- Proven experience in prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously, following through on issues in a timely manner.
- Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills as well as a professional demeanor while communicating effectively with all levels of management.
- Expert in working both in a team environment and independently.
You might also have:
- Demonstrated characteristics of a self-starter.
- Demonstrated ability to make decisions on behalf of the Executive.
- Experience in marketing, media planning, or live sports entertainment environments
