Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Finance Manager to support Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) for the Global Partnerships organization. This role will partner closely with Partnerships leadership, Sales & Partner Operations, Corporate Finance, and Sales Finance teams.
The ideal candidate will provide financial oversight of the Partnerships business, lead monthly financial close analytics, develop financial models and forecasts, manage spending, and leverage AI and reporting automation to deliver actionable business insights and support strategic decision-making.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Own FP&A processes supporting the Global Partnerships organization and collaborate with Partnerships & Investments Finance, Corporate Finance, and Sales Finance teams.
• Lead financial processes, including monthly close variance analysis, accrual management, partnership investment forecasting, and monthly and quarterly financial reporting.
• Develop financial models and analytics to support financial planning, business performance management, and go-to-market (GTM) investment recommendations.
• Manage financial and business reporting, delivering actionable insights to support leadership decision-making.
• Leverage AI tools and reporting automation to improve financial analysis, reporting efficiency, and business insights.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to monitor business performance, manage spending, and identify opportunities for financial optimization.
• Communicate complex financial information and recommendations clearly to stakeholders at various organizational levels.

• 8 years of relevant experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), with experience in GTM Finance, Sales Finance, and/or Channel or Partner Sales Finance.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience managing financial rhythms and processes, including month-end close, budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting within a technology organization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace (G-Suite).
• Experience using AI tools to automate financial reporting and generate business insights.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing and working with Salesforce and Adaptive Planning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong business partnership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across finance and business teams.

• Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as CFA or CPA.
• Experience with business intelligence (BI) and data visualization tools.
• Experience driving reporting automation, financial analytics, and process improvements.
