Agentic AI Engineer / Developer

Job Summary
Design, develop, and deploy autonomous AI agents and multi-agent systems that can reason, plan, execute tasks, and interact with enterprise applications. Build intelligent workflows leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), agent orchestration frameworks, APIs, knowledge bases, and cloud AI platforms to automate business processes and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop Agentic AI solutions using LLMs and agent frameworks.
• Build autonomous agents capable of reasoning, planning, tool usage, and multi-step execution.
• Develop multi-agent workflows and orchestrated AI systems.
• Integrate agents with enterprise systems, APIs, databases, and cloud services.
• Implement memory, context management, retrieval, and knowledge-grounding capabilities.
• Develop AI-driven automation solutions for business processes and operational workflows.
• Apply Responsible AI, governance, security, and compliance controls throughout the solution lifecycle.
• Conduct testing, evaluation, monitoring, and optimization of AI agents in production environments.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and implement Agentic AI use cases.
• Create technical documentation, reusable frameworks, and best practices for AI agent development.
