Pay Range: $24 - $27/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Confirm eligibility and validate events for reporting upon receipt of new case assignments
  • Review historical events to determine if trend analysis is required
  • Maintain internal documentation regarding investigation process status
  • Collaborate with Service Coordinators throughout the investigation process
  • Evaluate open cases for potential closure based on established criteria
  • Ensure actions taken secure the health and safety of participants and implement preventative measures
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • Familiarity with compliance regulations such as CMS and Administrative Code
  • At least 2 years of experience in case management and waiver knowledge
  • Strong understanding of incident investigation processes
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills
