Location: Mandaluyong City, 1550
Work SetUp : Hybrid 3x a week RTO
Duration: 6 months

Salary Range : 120k to 130k (negotiable depending on experience)

Job Description:

Summary:
Business Analyst (Banking & Lending)
We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong Banking and Lending domain experience to work closely with business and technology stakeholders in defining requirements, analyzing processes, and delivering business solutions. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a pragmatic, results-oriented mindset, capable of translating complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements within Agile delivery environments.

Qualifications
• Strong understanding of Banking and Lending operations, products, and processes
• Experience in requirements engineering, business analysis, and process modeling
• Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to structure information clearly and effectively
• Pragmatic, goal-oriented approach to problem-solving and solution delivery
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams and participating in Agile ceremonies
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business, product, and technology teams

Number of years experiences needed: At least 8
