About the Opportunity

TheCollaborative Combat Aircraft (CCA) program represents the U.S. Air Force’s next-generation initiative to develop and field a fleet of semi-autonomous, uncrewed combat aircraft. Designed to operate alongside crewed fighters like the F-35 and F-22, CCA forms a human-machine team to extend reach, survivability, and lethality in contested airspace.

We are actively building a talent pipeline of leaders, innovators, and practitioners with direct background or experience in the CCA ecosystem.

This is ageneral pipeline requisition for individuals currently working in or transitioning out of CCA and adjacent autonomous defense programs. What We Look For

• Direct CCA Background: Experience working directly on, in support of, or within the Collaborative Combat Aircraft (CCA) ecosystem or related uncrewed autonomous air platforms.
• Industry Experience: Proven track record within prime airframe, autonomy, software, or defense tier-1 vendors and government enterprise teams.
• Domain Familiarity: Deep understanding of uncrewed platforms, crewed-uncrewed teaming (MUM-T), modular architectures, or military aerospace execution.
• Security Clearance: Active Secret clearance or higher preferred; ability to obtain and maintain DoD security clearances required.
