Significance, Inc. is seeking aLogistics Strategy Specialist to join our team supporting a federal customer at the Pentagon in Arlington, VA. This position requires onsite support four (4) days per week and an active Secret clearance. The Senior Air Force Logistics & Strategy Specialist will provide strategic advisory and coordination support to senior Department of the Air Force leaders responsible for logistics, engineering, and force protection initiatives. This role will support the development, implementation, and governance of enterprise-level strategies while helping translate senior leader priorities into coordinated actions across Air Force organizations and mission partners.The position requires frequent engagement with senior Air Force leadership, including general officers, senior civilians, and their staffs. The successful candidate will bring a strong understanding of Air Force logistics and Headquarters-level operations, exceptional executive communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple high-visibility priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills:

    - Bachelor's degree required 
    - Active Secret Clearance
    - Experience supporting Air Force logistics, supply chain, readiness, force protection, or related operational mission areas.
    -Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
    -Demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, senior-level environment.
    -Ability to develop and present findings, recommendations, and decision-support information to senior leaders.
    -Strong executive presence and demonstrated professionalism when engaging with senior military and civilian leaders.

Desired Skills:

    -Previous experience supporting Headquarters Air Force, Department of the Air Force, or Pentagon staff.
    -Department of War or Military Department logistics experience.
    -Familiarity with Air Force and Department of War policy, strategy, governance frameworks, and doctrine.
    -Experience planning and facilitating senior-level conferences, off-sites, or strategic planning sessions.
    -Experience coordinating across multiple Headquarters organizations, functional communities, or mission partners.
    -Experience working with international allies and partners.

Our pay ranges are based on the local cost of labor benchmarks for each specific role, level, and geographic location. We carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including but not limited to experience; job-related skill sets; relevant education or training; and other business and organizational needs. The salary range listed is for the level at which this job has been scoped. In the event that you are considered for a different level, a higher or lower pay range would apply.
