Event Specialist (6278)

Ocean Bay, LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking an Event Specialist in Crane Indiana.

Position Description:

• Primary point of contact for the planning, coordination, and execution of virtual and in-person events, ceremonies, trade shows, and meetings of varying sizes.
• Manage end-to-end event logistics including facility coordination, preparation; set-up/tear-down, clean-up, catering, transportation, invitee lists, special guests, equipment provision, and printed materials.
• Tour and event support, including agenda development/revisions, welcome packet creation, RSVP tracking, conference space coordination, material shipping/tracking, and day-of execution.
• Provide organizational, building, conference, and symposia support by setting up displays, exhibits, and other conference media
• Track the inventory of specialty supply items (e.g., tablecloths, flags, graphic materials) used during events and notify the client when supplies are low, unusable, or require replacement.

Position Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Associates Required
• 2-7 years’ experience

This position is located in Crane Indiana

The salary range for this position is $40,000 - $55,000
