Key Responsibilities

As a product manager on the team, you will be responsible for:

• Undertaking market and competitive research to define comprehensive business requirements - with strong emphasis on market and customer context, business rationale, impacting KPIs/metrics, and clear acceptance criteria to guide product development.
• Collaborating with the Sales Team on market needs and their solutions - influencing product strategy and roadmap.
• Working closely with the Applications Team to drive customer success and satisfaction - conducting customer interviews and finding solutions for their challenges in adoption and usage of the product.
• Defining product requirements to deliver automation systems faster and easier - working closely with partners and the Applications Team to streamline deployments.
• Training customers and the Applications Team on product capabilities and driving standardization in usage. Standardizing customer training programs and their delivery.
• Understanding and defining how our customers interface with our products and owning the customer experience - defining user flows and working closely with UX design to enhance the customer experience.
• Owning the timelines and quality of deliverables of the development teams
• Maintaining the product documentation with new features and enhancements

Requirements

Required

• A demonstrated track record of achievement;
• 3+ years experience working as a Product Manager in deep-tech products preferably having Robotics or AI domain and applications understanding
• Strong ability to identify business problems, drive solutions and objectively measure the impact through KPIs/metrics
• Product-mindset and the ability to think MVP and focus on the highest priority features for development
• Exceptional analytical problem solving skills and experience working with technical teams
• Exceptional interpersonal communication, relationship management and organizational skills in cross-functional international teams
• Experience in product lifecycle management and Agile development (epics and user stories – creation, prioritization, backlog grooming, etc) is highly desirable
• An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Japanese (Native or above JLPT N2)
• Good communication skills in English for internal communication with the development team

Preferred

• Experience in robotics, manufacturing, artificial intelligence, developer APIs
• BS/MS in a technical degree (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Math) or work experience of comparable technical content
• Product Owner certification

業務内容

プロダクトマネージャーとして、以下の業務を担当していただきます。

• 市場および競合調査を実施し、包括的なビジネス要件を定義する（市場・顧客コンテキスト、ビジネス上の背景、影響するKPI／指標、開発を導く明確な受入基準を重視）
• 営業チームと連携し、市場ニーズおよびソリューションを整理しながら、プロダクト戦略およびロードマップに影響を与える
• アプリケーションチームと密接に連携し、顧客成功および満足度向上を推進
  （顧客インタビューの実施、プロダクト導入・利用における課題解決）
• 自動化システムをより迅速かつ容易に提供するためのプロダクト要件を定義
  （パートナーおよびアプリケーションチームと協力し、導入プロセスを効率化）
• 顧客およびアプリケーションチームに対してプロダクト機能のトレーニングを実施し、利用方法の標準化を推進（顧客向けトレーニングプログラムおよび提供方法の標準化）
• 顧客がどのようにプロダクトと関わるかを理解・定義し、カスタマーエクスペリエンス全体をオーナーとして統括（ユーザーフローの定義、UXデザインチームと連携した体験向上）
• 開発チームの成果物におけるスケジュールおよび品質の責任を担う
• 新機能・改善内容に関するプロダクトドキュメントの維持・更新

応募要件（Requirements）

必須条件

• 明確な成果・実績を上げてきた経験
• プロダクトマネージャーとして3年以上の実務経験（特にロボティクスやAIなどのディープテック領域、またはその応用に関する理解がある方を歓迎）
• ビジネス課題を特定し、解決策を推進し、KPI／指標を用いて客観的に成果を測定できる能力
• MVP思考を持ち、優先度の高い機能に集中できるプロダクト志向
• 優れた分析力・問題解決能力、および技術チームと協働した経験
• グローバルかつクロスファンクショナルなチームにおける、高い対人コミュニケーション能力・関係構築力・調整力
• プロダクトライフサイクル管理およびアジャイル開発
  （エピック／ユーザーストーリーの作成、優先順位付け、バックログ管理等）の経験があれば尚可
• スタートアップや変化の激しい環境で成果を出せる起業家マインド
• 日本語能力：ネイティブレベル、またはJLPT N2以上
• 開発チームとの社内コミュニケーションに支障のない英語力
