About The Job:
- We are hiring ETL Test Leads across experience levels (4+ years) for our Pune location.
- The ideal candidate should have strong ETL testing skills, Databricks experience preferred, and domain expertise in US Insurance or Healthcare. Proficiency in Python for scripting and automation is highly desirable.
- Perform ETL testing for data migration, transformation, and integration processes.
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts for data validation.
- Utilize Python for automation and data validation tasks.
- Collaborate with developers, analysts, and business teams to ensure quality deliverables.
- Identify, document, and track defects; ensure timely resolution.
- Support test automation initiatives for data pipelines.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience: Minimum 4 years in ETL/Data testing.
- Tools & Technologies:
- ETL tools (Informatica, Talend, or similar)
- SQL for data validation
- Databricks (preferred)
- Python (mandatory for scripting/automation)
- Domain Expertise: US Insurance (mandatory for senior roles) and/or Healthcare (preferred).
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and data pipelines.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).
- Knowledge of automation frameworks for data testing
