Overview
We are seeking ETL Data Integration Engineers tosupport a large Salesforce data migration initiative. This role will be responsible for extracting, transforming, validating, and loading data from legacy Salesforce and NetSuite environments into Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) and Oracle platforms. Engineers will work closely with the Data Migration Architect and project team to ensure successful data conversion and integration delivery. The role aligns with the need for five contractor ETL engineers supporting the migration effort
Key Responsibilities
- Build and support ETL processes and data integrations.
- Extract data from Salesforce, NetSuite, and other source systems.
- Transform and load data into Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) and Oracle.
- Develop and maintain APIs, data mappings, and integration workflows.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks.
- Support migration testing, mock conversions, and production cutovers.
- Troubleshoot data and integration issues.
- Create technical documentation and mapping specifications.
- Partner with architects, developers, and business teams throughout the migration lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in ETL development, data integration, or data engineering.
- Strong Salesforce experience, including data migration projects.
- Experience with Salesforce APIs, Bulk API, and Data Loader.
- Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Experience integrating with or extracting data from NetSuite.
- Strong SQL skills.
- Experience with ETL/integration tools such as MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica, Talend, Azure Data Factory, or similar.
- Understanding of CRM, ERP, and quote-to-cash business processes.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA).
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ migrations.
- NetSuite SuiteQL, SuiteTalk, or SuiteBilling experience.
- Oracle Fusion ERP integration experience.
- Python or scripting experience.
- Previous experience supporting large-scale Salesforce transformation or migration projects.
