Pay: $85.00–$89.28/hour
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Location: 4001 Commerce Rd, Richmond, VA 23234 Overview Seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of IT infrastructure for a new facility. This role will oversee multiple technical workstreams, ensuring all infrastructure systems and services are delivered according to project timelines and facility readiness requirements. Required Qualifications
- Experience managing large-scale IT infrastructure projects, preferably for new facilities or site openings.
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, data centers, physical security, audio/visual systems, and end-user computing.
- Experience developing and maintaining detailed project schedules and tracking deliverables.
- Strong understanding of project risk management, issue resolution, and dependency tracking.
- Experience maintaining RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, and Decisions).
- Ability to coordinate multiple technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Strong project management, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Lead the IT infrastructure buildout for a new facility.

Manage project delivery across five key areas:
- Network infrastructure
- Data center systems
- Physical security systems
- Audio/visual technology
- End-user computing
- Develop, finalize, and maintain a comprehensive project schedule.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and deadlines.
- Maintain a detailed Risk, Issue, Action Item, and Decision (RAID) log.
- Coordinate with technical teams to identify tasks and resources needed for each workstream.
- Monitor project progress and address risks, issues, and potential delays.
- Ensure all infrastructure components and services are delivered in alignment with facility startup requirements.
- Provide regular project status updates and communicate progress to stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to support successful infrastructure deployment.
- Experience managing IT infrastructure for new facility construction, expansions, or relocations.
- Experience coordinating multiple IT infrastructure vendors and technical teams.
- Familiarity with infrastructure deployment, commissioning, and operational readiness.
- PMP or similar project management certification preferred.
