Change Delivery Manager / Assistant Change Delivery Manager

Main Responsibilities:

• Plan, track, and manage project milestones, coordinate cross-functional tasks

• Assist to define user requirements, write specifications, and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

• Works closely with Business Units to identify key drivers to enhance project prioritization workflow and process streamline approaches

• Oversee production deployment, system migration, and post implementation reviews

• Bridge communication gaps between business units and IT, manage stakeholder engagement, and drive change adoption

• Continuously support the bank for driving customer centricity, process excellence, and resources optimization that align with the Bank’s Medium Term Strategy

• Promotes new thinking, creative solutions and ways of working to address issues and mitigate risks

To meet the challenge, you should have the following qualifications and attributes:

• University degree in Business, Computer Science, Information technology and/or related disciplines

• Minimum of 3-5 years of business analyst experience with at least 2-3 years of relevant experience in managing operations or technology in the banking or financial industry

• Strong understanding of program and project management principles, methodologies and frameworks, especially those designed to be scaled at the enterprise level

• Process oriented with solid experience in policies and procedures establishment, operational control, quality assurance, compliance monitoring and risk management

• Strong sense to identify risk and issues, and ability to work to achieve goals while overcoming obstacles

• Strong orchestration and design-thinking ability

• Motivation to initiate ideas and to formulate plans

• Good influencing skills. Ability to identify and connect with stakeholders, and get collective buy-in

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to adapt the style to suit the audience

• Good team player strinving for team success and win-win results
