Counter Services Officer (Part Time for experienced Teller, retired also welcome)

Reporting to the Branch Manager/Assistant Branch Manager/Assistant Customer Services Manager, Counter Services Trainee will be responsible for handling counter transactions and assisting in back office duties. They will also provide quality customer services and promote our Retail Banking products to customers.

To meet the challenge, you should have the following qualifications and attributes:

• Holder of University Degree or HKDSE with at least 1 years' working experience

• Excellent customer servicing skills

• Enthusiastic  to developing a career path in Banking

• Willing to support Hong Kong Island or other branch location when needed

• Good command of both Chinese and English

• Retired with counter services (Teller) experience is also welcome.
