Brown & Brownis seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our growing team inRochester, NY.  Â
To service new and existing accounts to achieve Agency sales goals and service standards. Responsible for securing the retention of specifically assigned Commercial accounts through marketing responsibilities.Â
How You Will Contribute:  Â
Handle client requests for information, endorsements, forms, and rates for accuracy, recommending changes or amendments.Â
Review and analyze policies, endorsements, forms, and rates for accuracy, recommending changes or amendments.Â
Oversee requests for endorsements, control and preparation of binders, certificates, invoices, automobile identification cards, andsimilar items.Â
Review tasks on a regularly scheduled basis, re-scheduling, or handling items asappropriate.Â
Maintain account files, overseeing that documents are attached in Image rightÂ
Order cancellations when requested orrequired.Â
Assist in clearing omitted items, account differences, and commission differences.Â
Coordinate premium financing needs withthe Accounting Department.Â
Keep producers informed of real or potential problems.Â
Correspond with markets and clients,accompanying producers on visits as requested.Â

Skills & Experience to be Successful: Â
Required:Â
High school diplomarequired.Â
Strong technical knowledge of coverage in all commerciallines' insurance coverage.Â
Property & Casualty Agent’s or Broker’s License,requiredÂ
 Â
Preferred:Â
College Degree in a business-related field.Â
5+ years general agency/company experience.Â
Pay Range
38.46 - 48.08 HourlyThe pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourlyrate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
