About the Role

As aBusiness Development Manager – HPE, you will be responsible for growing theHPE business in Hungary. Working closely with HPE, partners, and internal teams, you will develop business opportunities, support partner engagement, and drive sales growth across the HPE portfolio.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoysbusiness development, partner management, and strategic sales, and wants to play an active role in expanding a leading software portfolio within the Hungarian market.
 

What You'll Do

• Develop and executebusiness growth plans for the HPE portfolio in Hungary.

• Build and manage relationships withHPE, partners, resellers, and key customers.

• Identify and developnew business opportunities and drive pipeline growth.

• Support partners withsolution positioning, sales activities, and business planning.

• Collaborate withsales, marketing, and technical teams to increase market awareness and demand.

• Monitorpipeline, revenue, and business performance to achieve growth targets.
   

What We're Looking For

• Experience inbusiness development, sales, channel management, or partner management within the IT industry.

• Knowledge ofnetworking products (especially Juniper and Aruba), and HPE hardware products

• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify and developnew business opportunities.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, andrelationship-building skills.

• Experience working withsales targets, forecasts, and business plans.

• Fluent Hungarian and English.
