Licensed Telehealth Psychotherapist (LPC or LCSW)

About the Role:MindCare Solutions is seeking a licensed telehealth psychotherapist to support a community health partner in Alaska. This role provides individual outpatient talk-therapy, with couples counseling experience considered a strong plus. This is a great opportunity for a clinician looking for flexible, remote work with room to grow as the caseload expands.

Location: Remote / Telehealth(Active Alaska license required or in process)

Employment Type:1099/Part time to start

Schedule:Part time, approximately 5 to 10 hours per week to start. The majority of the patient schedule will be M-F between 8:30a-5:30p Alaska Time / 12:00p-8:00p CST. There is flexibility on days and times.  

Responsibilities

• Provide individual outpatient psychotherapy via telehealth
• Support couples counseling sessions as needed
• Complete documentation in the client's EHR system
• Coordinate with the partner facility's care team as needed
• Maintain a consistent schedule with some overlap during clinic hours (Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm) as availability allows

Qualifications

• Active LPC or LCSW license in good standing, Alaska licensure required or willing to obtain
• Experience providing individual adult psychotherapy
• Couples counseling experience preferred
• Comfortable working with telehealth platforms and EHR documentation
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting
