Escrow Support Processor
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Work Location: 100% Onsite
Starting Rate $20.00-$21.00
Employment Type: Temporary with potential for permanent placement based on performance and business needs
Overtime: May be required based on business needs
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Escrow Support Processor to provide centralized administrative and processing support for residential escrow transactions. This is a high-volume, production-focused position responsible for processing, scanning, imaging, and maintaining escrow-related documentation while ensuring accuracy and quality-control standards are met.
This role is primarily back-office and is not customer facing. Approximately 6.5 hours of each workday will consist of processing tasks that can be repetitive in nature.
Key Responsibilities
- Scan, image, and archive escrow-related documents to maintain accurate transaction histories and protect vital records.
- Process lender and buyer funds accurately and efficiently.
- Work closely with Escrow teams to provide in-office processing and administrative support.
- Assist with fulfilling prior-to-document conditions.
- Manage HOA demands and related documentation.
- Perform remediation and escrow support functions on a national level.
- Review documents and transactions for accuracy and compliance with established quality-control standards.
- Communicate information and processing instructions to escrow branches as needed.
- Maintain productivity and accuracy in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Learn and perform multiple escrow support processes and workflows.
- Adapt to changing priorities, procedures, and business needs.
- Complete additional processing and administrative duties as assigned.
Training & Performance
The selected candidate will initially be trained on approximately two assigned processes/tasks. As proficiency is demonstrated, additional responsibilities will be introduced, with the opportunity to become trained on up to 17 different processes.
The manager will meet with the employee monthly to review production metrics, provide feedback, and train on new responsibilities.

- Escrow, title, mortgage, banking, or related industry experience is preferred but not required.
- Entry-level candidates with strong administrative and processing skills are encouraged to apply.
