TheEscrow Officer is responsible for leading the team and supporting senior management, with responsibilities including, but not limited to, the duties listed below.
Your specific duties will include:
- Managing an active escrow desk with an established book of business.
- Soliciting new business opportunities.
- Directing the team and supporting senior management.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Escrow Officer.
- Ability to handle resale transactions from start to finish.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Experience with Qualia is a plus but not required.
- College education preferred.
