• Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

We are excited to share that our shop has expanded from 13 to 17 bays of climate-controlled indoor space! With business increasing we are seeking a meticulous RV Service Technician to elevate our Seattle (Milton, WA) location.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose issues and repair failed components.

• Perform pre-delivery inspections.

• Regularly participate in continuing education such as vendor training and our own 5-Rivet program.

• Help guests create lasting memories by keeping their Airstream adventures safe, comfortable, and road-ready.

Qualifications:

• 1+ Year experience as an RV Service Technician

• 2+ Years experience in any related skilled trade (auto mechanic, facilities maintenance technician, plane mechanic, boat mechanic, carpenter, welder, fabricator, electrician, plumber, HVAC technician, or similar).

• Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail

• RVIA/RVDA – Certified Technician, preferred.

• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence

The expected pay range for this position is $28.00 to $35.00 per hour and is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonuses based on production productivity.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
