Howyou’ll make an impactÂ
As astudent employee inHumanResources (HR),you'll gain hands-on experience supporting a variety of HR activities while developing a foundational understanding ofhowHRfunctions across FCC.You'll work closely with HR professionals,employees and leaders, contributing to processes that support the employee experience from hire to departure.Â
You'll be part of the team that delivers HR services and support across the organization. Working alongside HR Partners and other HR team members,you'll help ensure employees and leaders receiveaccurate,timely and professional support while learning how HR programs and processes contribute to organizational success.Â

Whatyou'll doÂ
Support HR processes and activities throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employeechanges and offboardingÂ
Work closely with HR Partners and other HR team members to provide administrative and operational supportÂ
Respond to employee and leader inquiries and help connect them with theappropriate HR resources and informationÂ
Assist withmaintaining employee records, documentation and HR systems while ensuring confidentiality and accuracyÂ
Support HR projects,reporting and process improvement initiativesÂ
Coordinate meetings, prepare correspondence andassist with the administration of HR programs and activitiesÂ
Contribute to a positive employee experience through excellent customer service andtimely supportÂ
Assist with workforce planning and talent-related activities asrequiredÂ
Whatyou’ll bring to the teamÂ
Required qualifications:Â
Currently enrolled ina bachelor's degree or diploma program inbusinessadministration,commerce,humanresources or a related fieldÂ
Strong interest in Human Resources and employee experienceÂ
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skillsÂ
Strong verbal and written communication skillsÂ
Demonstrated ability tomaintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionallyÂ
Strong organizational skills and attention to detailÂ
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel,Outlook and PowerPointÂ
Preferred qualifications:Â
Previous experience in customer service, administration, HR support or office environments through work,volunteer or academic experiencesÂ
Knowledge of Human Resources principles, practices or employee lifecycle processes gained through coursework or practical experienceÂ
Experience working with multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentÂ
Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset Â
