PASS MANAGER – LIVERPOOL
£16.00 per hour

Mint People are looking for an experiencedPass Manager to join our team in Liverpool. This is a fantastic opportunity to work at excitingstadium events, concerts, and high-profile hospitality venues where no two days are ever the same.

As the Pass Manager, you will be the vital link between thekitchen and front-of-house teams, ensuring every plate leaves the pass looking perfect and on time. From match days and sell-out gigs to VIP banquets, you will keep service running smoothly and professionally.

Your role will include:

Coordinating the pass during busy services

Checking dish presentation and portion control

Communicating clearly between chefs and FOH staff

Maintaining smooth service under pressure

Managing ticket flow and service timing

What we need from you:

Previous experience as a Pass Manager / Kitchen Coordinator

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

Confidence to take control of the pass during service

Reliability and professionalism
