Whatyouwill bedoing 

Youwillplay animportant role indeliveringauditandassuranceworkfromplanningthrough tocompletion.Youwillalsohelpbuildstrongteamsandtrustedclientrelationships.Youwill beequippedwith theresourcesyouwillneed toprovideexceptionalservice toourclientsandsolvetheircomplexbusinessissuesfromstrategy toexecution.  

Specificresponsibilitiesinclude but are notlimited to: 

• Leadteamsprovidingauditandassuranceservices toourclients; 

• Assistmanagersandpartners inprojectmanagementof aportfolioofclients; 

• Deliverauditwork inaccordancewithISAsandreportwithindeadlines;  

• Coachandadvisenewjoinersandlessexperiencedcolleagues; 

• Establisheffectiveprofessionalrelationshipsdirectlywithclients; 

• Contribute to thedevelopmentofyourownandteam’stechnicalacumen; 

• Keepup to datewithlocalandnationalbusinessandeconomicissues to beable todeployinformationcollectedonyourdailyjob; 

• Proactivelypursuebusinessdevelopmentactivities toexpandserviceoffering in themarket; 

• Developyourinternalnetworkofrelationshipsandcontactswithin thePwCnetwork. 

Whatwe arelookingfor: 

• Bachelor/masterdegree,preferably in finance,accounting,economics,math,statistics or minor ineconometrics; 

• Professionalaccountingqualificationsuch as ACCA; 

• Minimum 3yearsof relevantexperience inauditandassuranceservices; 

• Stronginterpersonal,writtenand verbalcommunicationskills; 

• Excellentleadershipskills; 

• Demonstrateability tobuildmeaningfulrelationships; 

• Analyticalthinkingandbusinessacumen; 

• Advancedcomputerliteracy,advancedcommandof MSofficepackage,especially Wordand Excel; 

• AdvancedcommandofEnglishlanguageandgrammaticalskills inAlbanianlanguage;
