Sales Support, Assoc. ~Snr. Assoc., GFM

Principal Responsibilities

• To provide timely quotation on FX, rates and other types of products to internal and external counterparts, and book deals
• To prepare marketing materials including proposal, PPT, etc
• To support sales department administration work
• To take care of clients’ telephone enquiries
• Co-operate with RMs on our existing / potential clients to promote Treasury products to develop new businesses and generate treasury income.

Education and Relevant Experience

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance, economics or management studies
• At least 2-year experience in banking or other financial institutions, treasury experience preferred
• Good communication & presentation skill in both English and Mandarin
• Willing to learn and take challenges
• Sensitive to number & good at mathematics
• Self-motivated and responsible
• Good team player & ability to work under pressure
• Strong personal interest in T&M field
• Good computer skills at MS Word, Excel and Power Point
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
• Good interpersonal / communication skill
