Day in the Life
Each day, you’ll strategize territory plans, meet with key decision-makers across Laboratory, Primary care & Secondary care, and guide them in leveraging our diagnostic portfolio. You’ll manage your pipeline from prospecting to closure, support tender responses, and foster relationships that lead to growth and patient-centred solutions.

Experience
- Proven success in a field-based sales role, ideally within healthcare, diagnostics, medical devices, life sciences, or a related industry.Â
- Experience managing complex sales opportunities involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.Â
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic account management and business development.Â
- Experience working with laboratories, healthcare providers, procurement teams, or clinical stakeholders is advantageous.Â
- Previous involvement in tender processes, contract negotiations, and territory planning is preferred.Â
- Experience using CRM systems to manage customer engagement, pipeline development, and forecasting.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Strong understanding of healthcare systems, laboratory environments, and patient pathways.Â
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, presentation, and influencing skills.Â
- Ability to identify opportunities, develop strategic account plans, and execute effectively to deliver results.Â
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to negotiate and manage complex customer discussions.Â
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse market trends, customer insights, and business performance metrics.Â
- Highly organised with strong prioritisation, pipeline management, and forecasting capabilities.Â
- Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working independently while contributing to a high-performing team.Â
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic and evolving business environment.Â
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce (SFDC).Â
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Danish and English is a must.
- Full, valid driving licence and willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory
