Job Summary

The Fraud Risk Analytics & Management is responsible for analyzing data, monitoring suspicious activities, and identifying fraud risks to support fraud prevention initiatives. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to develop dashboards, generate analytical insights, and enhance fraud detection and risk management capabilities through data-driven decision-making.

Job Description

  • Analyze data from various sources to identify fraud patterns, trends, and potential risks using Tableau, Power BI, or other analytical tools to support fraud monitoring and prevention.
  • Monitor, review, and analyze suspicious transactions or unusual activities, and summarize investigation findings.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical tools to support fraud detection activities.
  • Prepare reports and provide recommendations to enhance fraud prevention measures and controls.
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to implement fraud prevention initiatives and mitigate fraud-related risks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience as a Fraud Analyst or Risk Data Analyst.
  • Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Telecommunications industries.
  • Proficient in Power BI, Tableau, or SQL for data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
