Senior Business Unit Manager (Pharma/CDMO)

We're seeking aSenior Business Unit Manager to lead strategic customer relationships within our Pharma/CDMO business. In this highly visible leadership role, you'll own customer success, business performance, and profitability while partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver operational excellence and growth.
What You'll Do
- Own P&L performance for key customer accounts and business units.
- Build and strengthen executive-level customer relationships.
- Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and commercial agreements.
- Drive revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and business expansion opportunities.
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and strategic account planning.
- Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, and Finance teams to ensure successful program execution.
- Develop, coach, and lead high-performing teams.
- Serve as a key member of the site leadership team.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
- 6+ years of leadership experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, CDMO, or related regulated industries.
- Experience managing customer accounts, commercial strategies, and P&L responsibility.
- Strong background in aseptic filling, sterile manufacturing, or drug-device combination products.
- Proven success in contract negotiations, business growth, and customer relationship management.
- Strong financial, operational, and leadership capabilities.

The pay range for this role is $142,500 - $256,500.
