
Specialty Business Associate
Scope:
As a Specialty Business Associate, you will be responsible for driving sales strategy for the Specialty portfolio and new launches within specific accounts and territories, implementing commercial team strategy for Pulmonologists , Otolaryngologists , Rheumatologists , Immunologists & Allergologists in addition to different external and internal stakeholders, while delivering promotional campaign and promotional activities in line with GSK purpose and strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for the following:
Achieving sales target for the defined territories and accounts within the agreed budget and timeline.
Achieve and maintain a deep understanding of the designed disease area and GSK specialty portfolio while achieving high-quality outputs in medical, brand, and competitive knowledge.
Generate and gather insights, opportunities, risks and needs for the assigned territories and accounts.
Develop and execute the business plan in the territory and accounts such as customer-facing activities to achieve our agreed sales objectives.
Mapping the HCPs & Customers journey while identifying the gaps among the patients care value chain.
Work in alignment with market access teams for the specialty portfolio to maximize the payer value proposition that optimizes the payer value equation.
Ensure exceptional customer engagement, collect customer insights, analyze secondary and primary data, and drive business intelligence.
Develop new and creative tactics, including the adoption of the omnichannel approaches.
Ensure availability of products, coordinate the demand and supply planning cycles in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
Maintain an accurate customer segmentation exercise, segmented according to potential, customer preferences in addition to socioeconomic considerations.
Stay abreast of market developments, including competitor information, messaging, activities, pricing, regulations, etc.
Ensure accurate and timely completion of all reports and documents.
Ensure compliance with all local regulations, company policies, and SOPs.

Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
- University bachelor’s degree in healthcare related field (Pharmaceutical science/Medicine/ Veterinary/Dentist/Science).
- Respiratory /Pulmonology / ENT / Immunology /Allergy /Biologics portfolio experience is mandatory.
- Residency inCairo,Guiza &Alexandria cities & be willing to cover remote areas ~50% of the time.
- Proven experience in Key Account Management.
- Experience in new launches is preferred.
- Arabic and professional English languages required.
