Senior Business Specialist

POSITION REQUIREMENTS  

FORMAL EDUCATION – B.E Degree completion in IT / Computer Science stream.  

TECHNICAL SKILLSET REQUIREMENTS 

• Senior – Customer Support (U.S Customers) / Senior – Technical Troubleshooting 
• Any CRM experience (Service Now, MS Dynamics, BMC Remedy) 
• SAP Basics - nice to have but not mandatory.  
• Batch Monitoring / Application Monitoring (nice to have but not mandatory) 
• Handling issues within 1- hour to Same Business Day priority  

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE: 

• Excellent English communication skills, and customer service skills required. 
• Likely to receive / perform 3-5 calls per shifts for establishing connectivity with products. 
• 24/7 rotational shift basis with a shift change once every 2 months.  
• Should possess mailbox monitoring and handling skills.  
• Self-Motivated and independent worker when necessary to achieve high output results. 
• Strong communication skills via phone and email for interacting with staff, colleagues, customers, and external third parties 
• Detail oriented individual who is a people person and has a positive attitude.  
• Ability to follow instructions but also has confidence in making suggestions to improve processes.  

Preferred: (3 - 5 years of continuous work experience) 

• Technical Help Desk – troubleshooting experience.  
• Global Customer Service Agent experience
