ibis London Barking is searching for aMulti Skilled Food & Beverage Team Member to join our friendlykitchen team. Working15 hours per week at£14.37 per hour plus benefits, you'll help prepare and serve great food, support our guests throughout their stay, and create the warm, welcoming atmosphere that makes ibis such a great place to stay and work.

What you'll be doing

You'll be involved in a variety of tasks, including:

• Preparing and presenting our breakfast buffet, including a full English breakfast
• Cooking and presenting evening menu items to brand standards
• Keeping the kitchen organised, clean and fully prepared for service
• Monitoring stock levels and rotating stock correctly
• Ensuring food safety, hygiene and HACCP standards are always met
• Receiving and storing deliveries safely
• Working closely with colleagues across the hotel to deliver a great guest experience
• Supporting wherever needed to keep service running smoothly

What we're looking for

• A positive, can-do attitude
• Someone who enjoys working with people and being part of a team
• A passion for food and hospitality
• Good attention to detail and organisation
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings and weekends
• Previous kitchen or food & beverage experience is helpful, but personality and willingness to learn are just as important
