Wellness & Spa Receptionist

• Welcome and assist guests with a warm and professional service.
• Manage appointments, bookings, payments and daily reception operations.
• Coordinate closely with the BDMS Wellness Clinic to ensure seamless guest journeys and smooth service delivery.
• Communicate guest appointments, treatments and requirements accurately between the Wellness & Spa and BDMS Wellness Clinic teams.
• Handle guest enquiries and requests, providing accurate information on wellness treatments and services.
• Support upselling of Wellness & Spa treatments and packages.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all reception and administrative procedures are followed.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure a smooth overall guest experience.

• Previous experience in Wellness, Spa, Hotel, Clinic or Customer Service is preferred.
• Good command of Thai and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Service-minded with a professional and welcoming personality.
• Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Experience working with medical or wellness services is an advantage.
